Francois is our managing director and one of the founding members of Le Roux Lamprecht Inc.  After he obtained his B.Comm and LL.B degrees from the University of Stellenbosch, he completed his articles and was admitted as an attorney in 1998 and as a conveyancer in 2007.

Francois heads up our litigation and collection departments, with a focus on High Court litigation.

Francois has been a commissioner of the small claims court for over 15 years and further the appointed agent in the Southern Cape on behalf of the former Cape Law Society stemming from disciplinary actions against members.

Reinette is a director at Le Roux Lamprecht Inc and obtained her B.Proc degree in 1999 from the University of Port Elizabeth and was admitted as an attorney and notary in 2001. Reinette is a founding member of Le Roux Lamprecht Inc and was admitted as a conveyancer in 2007.

Reinette is responsible for our conveyancing, notarial and deceased estates departments. She has been involved in a variety of property related matters, from residential and commercial transfers to complex property consolidations and developments.  Her motto is that time is always of the essence in conveyancing matters and she keeps to her motto diligently.

As our notary, she is responsible for the attestation and registration of antenuptial contracts, as well as a variety of other specialized notarial work.

Thia is our staff member with the longest years of service of 15 years.  She has over 30 years’ experience in debt collection and she is a key member in our collections department.  She understands the importance of timeous and swift action against debtors and provides regular reports to our clients on the progress of each individual matter that we attend to.

Sonja joined our firm in 2011 and is our litigation secretary with over 30 years of experience in this field.

She is an integral part of our High Court litigation department and delivers an unwavering excellent standard of service to our clients.
